Frequently Asked Questions
1)
Is a down payment required?Yes. I typically require a 30-50% advanced payment before I begin the work.
2)
Does my client need a domain name and/or hosting?Yes. I prefer all my clients already have a purchased domain name and hosting account (i.e. Godaddy, iPower, etc.). Once you have a domain name and purchased hosting
I can begin uploading new files to your account immediately. Web changes occur in real-time.
3)
How does a client make a payment? You can pay me securely via Paypal by going to the "make a payment" link on my website. I also take personal checks payable to RNB ENTERPRISES (I would supply my mailing address).
4)
Does my client give me password access?Yes. Because I'm working remotely I require the client provide me with all their relevant FTP information. This includes log-in name and password. Once I'm done
with the work this information can easily be changed for your protection.
5)
Do I have website samples that I've built for clients?Yes.
SignEmpire.com,
DMVlocks.com,
Officecareinc.com,
GreatBigHomeShow.com, and
DepotMartOutlet.com are just a few.
6)
Do I build Flash websites? No. The websites I build are primarily for personal branding or small business using HTML, CSS, and scripting (java, PHP). Flash sites are not good for search engine optimization and do not display on Apple mobile devices easily.
7)
Do I offer a satisfaction guarantee?I'm flexible and cooperative about working on a website until the client is happy. Yet I'm aware of the law of diminishing returns. I will not neglect other clients to
make infinite changes on a client's website. I also keep a 10% retainer on any canceled job once it's started (I've never had anyone cancel a job or be unsatisfied).
